David is the Founder and main Patron of Air Time Canada.
 
He designs the programs and most of the courses, and makes the budget decisions.
 
David, of course, has a day job and travels extensively on business (we think maybe he's a secret agent). Depending on where he is, he may not be able to get back to you right away.
